Private lessons

Anyone, no matter their age or ability, can book private and group ice skating lessons with a coach. Indeed all the top skaters in the world are taught by both private and group tuition.

For those that are keen to advance their skating abilities, it's recommended that the skater(s) have 1 or 2 private or group lessons a week, along with practicing 3 or 4 times a week. ​

All the professional coaches are fully insured and are qualified members of British Ice Skating (BIS), formally (NISA).

Prices

Lesson charge consists of a coaching fee (paid to the coach) and Ice charge (skaters using public or patch sessions must pay the appropriate session admission charge to the rink). All lesson bookings must be made in advance.​

Skaters using public or patch sessions must pay the session admission charge. Please check Ice Rink time table for sessions and hire prices. Patch is £10 per hour.​
