Membership Registration is now open

Dear Skaters,

We hope this email finds you all safe and well. After nearly a year and a half of lockdowns we are finally starting to see some light at the end of what, for many, has been a very dark tunnel. Its been great to hear and see that a lot of our skaters have returned to skating and for those who have not yet returned we hope to see you very soon.

Throughout this pandemic the committee has been constantly reviewing government guidelines and looking for a chance to restart club activities and events, but only when it was safe to do so. We did see some glimmers of hope at times but sadly the government guidance did not work in the clubs favour and the committee wanted to be sure we could run and offer events to our members on and off the ice when it was safer to do so.

We now feel we’ve finally reached that point and with that in mind we are writing to you to let you know that we are reopening up the Wisc membership for 2021/22 and we would love for you to come and join us. As we are now in July the initial membership will be for six months. You can join or renew here.

We hope to still run our yearly hot ice trip, a quiz night appropriate for all the family, and providing we can secure the ice time a charity gala and a games night on ice so there are plenty of reasons to join. We are then hoping to resume the normal membership cycle in January 2022.

It’s fantastic to be back and we look forward to reconnecting with all of you in the coming months, in the meantime stay safe and enjoy the ice!
